Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern all quotations, installations and services provided by GPC Safety Solutions. By engaging us you accept these terms.

Quotations & payment

• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• An advance is required to confirm installation slots; balance is due on completion.
• Pricing is inclusive of standard fittings; site-specific extras are billed separately.

Warranty

Warranty is applicable on selected products only, as listed on our Trust & Warranty section. It covers manufacturing defects and normal use; it does not cover misuse, tampering, natural calamities, or damage from unauthorised repairs.

Installation & site

Customers are responsible for site readiness, society permissions (where applicable) and safe access for our installation team.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the invoice for the affected work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
